What services does All Secure provide?

Q;Does All Secure Make car keys?

A:Yes

Q: Can All secure supply and program car key Fobs?

A: Yes for most makes and Models, Some European brands are unable to be programmed, please ask our retail sales team for more information

Q: Can I supply my own key fob to be cut and programmed by all secure?

A: Yes, But we cannot guarantee its functionality it since it is not our hardware. We still heve to charge for cut and program if it doesn’t work but we will out that cost toward the recut if you buy the new one from us.

Q: Can I bring my home or business locks to All Secure for a Rekey?

A: Yes, we offer rekey and masterkey services In store and at your home or business.

Q: Can All Secure duplicate my “Do Not Duplicate” Key

A: Yes we can, In fact because most do not duplicate keys can be duplicated anywhere. We suggest patented key control key systems like Medeco & Primus.

Q:Can All Secure Make a key for my RV, Boat, or Motorcycle?

A:Yes, we have the widest variety of keys at our retail store.

Q:Does All Secure sell DIY security solutions like wireless cameras, video doorbells.

A: Yes we can sell those products in store or delivered and install at your home or small business.

Q: Does All Secure sell & install wireless WiFI cameras?

A: Yes, we do suggest hardwire solutions because Wifi jammers are being used to make it so customers wifi cameras stop working.

Q: Can All Secure Change the combination on my safe?

A; Yes we can, that service is offered in store or at you home or business

Q; Can All Secure Change my safe combination dial to a push button code lock?

A: Yes, you can bring your safe in store or we can come to your location for that service.

From Affordable 24/7 alarm monitoring, We also offer Video monitoring, Card access, biometric Access and even Mobile credentials as a secure way to enter your business with the awareness of knowing who is entering when.

Q: Does All Secure offer a complimentary security consultation and estimate.

Q: What is the All Secure warrantee period.

A: On Repairs and installations we offer a 90 day warrantee, All hardware is warrantied for 1 year.

Q: Can all secure get me new card or key fobs for my building access control system

A: Yes we can in most cases.

Q: Does All Secure offer Maintenance programs for security systems.

A: Yes we offer maintenance plans for all your security needs

Q: What areas do you serve around Arvada?
A: We service All of Colorado, you will find quicker response times in the front range and inside the 470 loop.
Q: Are you available 24/7 for emergency lockouts?
A: We do not currently offer 24/7 service. If you require after-hour service, please speak with someone in our Service Department.
Q: How quickly can you respond to emergency calls?
A: We always work with our partners to make sure they are All Secure. Same day emergency services are available.
Q:Do you work on weekends and holidays?
A: We do not currently offer Services on weekends or holidays, the exception is pre planned services agreed upon between our partner and our staff.
Q: What's your response time for non-emergency services?
A: We average a 24-hour response time on non-emergency services.

Residential Locksmith Services

Q: I'm locked out of my house - can you help?
A: Yes
Q: How much does it cost to rekey my home locks? The price can vary based on your lock brand. But if you have a key that works its $30.00 per keyhole plus our service call. Your keys and extra hardware cost additional. We will lubricate and do minor adjustments to your locks as part of the service.
Q: Can you make duplicate keys on-site?
A:Yes, in most cases we can help but don’t have every key in our Service trucks
Q: What types of residential locks do you install?
A: We specialize in high security and key control options like Medeco and Schlage primus, but we can also sell, service , and repair brands like Schlage and Kwikset.
Q:Do you install smart locks and keyless entry systems?
A: Yes we do, We also supply keyless entry systems that can integrate with your phone, and alarm system.
Q: Can you repair a broken deadbolt?
A:Yes we can.
Q:How do I know if my locks need to be replaced?
A: If they are worn, not working, ineffective and loose.
Q: What's the difference between rekeying and changing locks?
A: When we rekey we change the key that works by changing small pins inside of the lock to match a new key and when we replace it everything is changed to something new.

Q: I'm locked out of my car - what should I do?
A: All secure does not currently offer this service, We suggest calling AAA or your car insurance company.
Q: Can you make new car keys if I've lost all of them?
A: Currently we do not offer that service.
Q: Do you program transponder keys and key fobs?
A: Yes we do, our Arvada store cuts and programs duplicate keys while you wait. Fast, easy and half the price of the dealerships.
Q: My key broke off in the ignition - can you help?
A: We can only help with this service when the vehicle is at our location.

A: Prices Vary.
Q: Can you unlock my car without damaging it?
A: We don’t offer this service.

Q: Do you work on all car makes and models?

A: We do a lot of brands, but not all so please talk with our retail sales department.

Q: What is the best way to secure my building?
A: Adding layers to your security is suggested, You want Great locks and doors, Alarm systems, Access control, and cameras along with a safe to keep the extra valuable items in.
What are the most secure types of locks?
Q: Should I upgrade to high-security locks?
A: Yes, Medeco, Primus, securitech and frontline defense are some suggestions.
Q: What should I do if I think someone has copied my keys?
A: Rekey your locks and change them to a controlled key system and access control system.

Technical Questions

Q: What's a Grade 1 lock vs Grade 2 or 3?
A: Grade 1 is the best and made for high traffic areas, Grade 2 middle grade and can be great for some business applications and good for residential. Grade 3 should only be used on homes and still isn’t suggested.
Q: Can you install locks that resist picking and bumping?
A: Yes, we can, Medeco and Primus are the best for that.
Q: Can existing hardware be rekeyed to work with new keys?
A: Yes, the best way to see if its compatible is to see if the lock you want to match and the other lock shares the key type. See if the key will go in the hole of the other.

A: We prefer the person who can be responsible to make security decions stay on site, we also prefer that the person paying the bill stay around also.

A: Typical service times are only a couple house but projects and multiple pieces of hardware can take days.
